SUMMARY:TALLER PARA PERSONAS ADULTAS: APRENDE A ELABORAR CALDO DEPURATIVO DE OTOÑO Y TEMPURA DE ORTIGAS
DESCRIPTION:El 19 de septiembre se ofrece esta actividad gratuita dirigida a personas adultas. De la mano de una experta (Garbiñe Belloso)\, las personas participantes realizarán por las inmediaciones del Aula Ambiental un sencillo itinerario de una hora aproximada de duración para conocer los usos y características de algunas de las plantas de nuestro entorno. Después se realizarán dos recetas gastronómicas con ortigas: un caldo depurativo de otoño y un tempura de ortiga. \nLa actividad comenzará a las 10:30 en el Aula Ambiental y finalizará a la 13:30. Es necesaria la inscripción previa y recibir la confirmación del Aula Ambiental.
